Doritos x Stranger Things: Hype Animations for Season 5
Doritos teamed up with Stranger Things to build excitement for the highly anticipated Season 5 with a series of spooky, attention-grabbing animations.

The campaign focused on raising awareness for the upcoming season while spotlighting Doritos’ limited-edition packaging and the mysterious new Black Garlic Dip.
RESULT
With that in mind, I created two eerie, themed videos that capture the dark, supernatural energy of Stranger Things. My goal was to build tension and a sense of unease — mirroring the tone of past seasons and reflecting the ominous black dip itself.

To heighten the effect, I incorporated sound design and visual elements like Demogorgon hands tearing through the scene, revealing the new dip and crisps. This added depth, intensity, and a distinctly Stranger Things flair to the animations.
